We recently had a great experience at Luther Chevrolet Hudson and would recommend them to anyone in the market for a vehicle. From the moment we walked in, the environment felt comfortable and inviting. The front desk staff were welcoming and set a positive tone. Matt Kennedy (Sales Professional) was knowledgeable, personable, and patient with no pressure. He provided us with ample time and undivided attention to guarantee our questions were answered and we felt comfortable. The vehicles on the lot were clean, well-presented, and ready to go. The entire process felt relaxed and straightforward. Matt has followed up with us since the purchase to check in and answer any questions. Todd in Finance was helpful, taking the time to clearly explain options and ensure everything was handled smoothly. Beyond the purchase itself, the Service staff stood out as friendly and approachable. I have had follow-up contact with Jeremiah and he has been very helpful. I was not told I would be charged $40 a day for a rental
I was not told I would be charged $40 a day for a rental car until my car could be looked at. The 1st I heard this was when I called about the cost of my repair. The rental car I was given was not big enough for the 3 cars seats I have so I was unable to use the rental car as I should have been. When I questioned things I was brushed off. Invoices and repair statements need to have a clear breakdown. I absolutely would not have left the dealership with a car I couldn’t use had I known I was going to have to pay $80 to use it. I have used this dealership for all of our car needs the last 10+ years and I have never been treated so poorly.

He had recommended several different options and had me test drive several. They happened to have a corporate 2025 Buick Enclave Avenir which had not even been priced or entered into the system. I loved the vehicle immediately. Ron was able to give me a very good price and have the vehicle ready pick up in few days. This is the third vehicle we've purchased from Ron and Luther Hudson Chevrolet GMC. We have always been treated well there and trust Tim, Ron and the entire staff. Cannot say enough good things about the business and people working there.

Not a great car buying experience.
Not a great car buying experience. I purchased the 3M paint protection which was not applied right and I had to take it to Hopkins to have it redone. I also purchased the prepaid maintenance agreement which I am canceling due to not getting the service coupon book after asking twice. Only bright spot at this dealership is Tim Jubie.

I took my 2020 Chevy Silverado 1500 into the dealership
I took my 2020 Chevy Silverado 1500 into the dealership to have a rear camera issue fixed. The service representative, Nick, did a fantastic job in getting me set up with the technician, Dan, and he was able to fix my issue within an hour. Before you install an aftermarket light bar, be sure to talk to the dealer about which one to purchase so that it does not affect your electronics and to avoid potential corrosion both leading to my camera malfunctioning. Thanks Nick and Dan - you are appreciated!

We traded in a another vehicle .The agreement went very smooth.The Sales manager Scott spoke to us as being family. The sales transaction paperwork ( screen work ) went very smoothly and Brian explained all things very well for the huge simple and easy I would call paperwork . Rachel Fogard was great to work with. She made buying the GMC ACADIA easy and actually fun. Rachel was informative and pretty knowledgeable about the vehicle we purchased that day. We also purchased mats for the ACADIA, and when they came in, Rachel installed them. Tim Jubie was also great to work with. They are not high pressure sales people. Tim talked to us like we knew each other for years. It was all a great experience. I definitely recommend Luther Chevrolet Hudson for your next vehicle, and I will will be back.
