I was not told I would be charged $40 a day for a rental
I was not told I would be charged $40 a day for a rental car until my car could be looked at. The 1st I heard this was when I called about the cost of my repair. The rental car I was given was not big enough for the 3 cars seats I have so I was unable to use the rental car as I should have been. When I questioned things I was brushed off. Invoices and repair statements need to have a clear breakdown. I absolutely would not have left the dealership with a car I couldn’t use had I known I was going to have to pay $80 to use it. I have used this dealership for all of our car needs the last 10+ years and I have never been treated so poorly.

I brought the truck in because they changed the brakes and rotors in Oct and they act like they are scrubbing, and the rotors are warped. They said they could not see anything but when i took it home they started acting up again.

I took my 2020 Chevy Silverado 1500 into the dealership to have a rear camera issue fixed. The service representative, Nick, did a fantastic job in getting me set up with the technician, Dan, and he was able to fix my issue within an hour. Before you install an aftermarket light bar, be sure to talk to the dealer about which one to purchase so that it does not affect your electronics and to avoid potential corrosion both leading to my camera malfunctioning. Watch the Service Department! When doing Major Work on you vehicle they may not Top Off Oil or other important fluids! Then they will Lie to you about how You have not keep up with your vehicles maintenance. Yup! This has just happened to me and I'm so upset with being called on not doing that! I had given this dealership "5" stars since 2021! I moved from another state and made them my go to place. But Not Now!!
