Nice selection. However wanted to scan my driver's license to test drive, which is an absolute no. Sure, verify who I am and that I have a drivers license, but I am never allowing a scan or a copy of my DL into anyone's "secure" system. Todd in Finance explained everything, and didn't just skim over things. Andrea at the front desk was fantastic as well, she was joking around with us while still getting done what needed to be done! Although we returned our vehicle we had bought, we 100% would go back because of the customer service and transparency the dealership gave us.

I went in because I received a postcard for a recall for my car. I needed a transmission update so we booked it and I went in. They spent a couple hours doing some other things and then came back and told me that they couldn’t do the recall that I went there for because it wasn’t available yet. Not sure why they booked it when they knew they didn’t have the stuff to do my recall. Service crew was great and friendly. Just not sure why they wasted my time.

I went in for a car alignment, and they were also able to take care of a recall on my vehicle. Getting my tires aligned correctly took a little longer than expected due to some difficulties with the tire positioning, but they kept me updated in person throughout the process. The waiting room was very comfortable, with coffee, water, and popcorn available. I interacted with three different staff members, and all of them were professional and very kind. Drew was very responsive with us. I called to make an appointment for the following day and he had it all lined up. The buying process was smooth and quick for us to get in and out with our kiddos.
I needed tires and Nick in the service department set me up with a good deal and got me into the shop in less than one week. They also changed oil and took care of a warranty item, all in one visit. I also appreciated the courtesy ride to work while they worked on the car. They promised it would be done by 6pm and it was done by 3:30pm. The final bill did not exceed the estimate. I am happy the "project" was on time and on budget.
I called around to multiple dealerships looking for a specific truck. They were the dealer that was easiest to work with and were always open and honest.
